Our promises

We are a small team and we only use workers who we know and trust.  There will never be anyone at your property who we do not know, and we will make sure you are personally introduced to the entire team when work starts.

If we need to use external contractors (for example our electrician if you chose to have lighting), again we only ever use our trusted partners who we can vouch for after years of working together.

We are proud of our extremely competitive pricing strategy and will always honour the price on our quote.  Unlike many building projects, it is very rare for us to need to add "extras" during a build, except in very extreme circumstances, and we would only ever embark on work that is in additional to your original quote after consulting with you first and agreeing this in writing.

We take great pride in the work that we do and we are only happy with the finished result when you are.  We want your decking project to be a collaborative experience from design to completion, and we will communicate with you throughout to ensure that your new deck is everything you hoped it would be and more.
