Our Customer Service

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service.  We want your deck building project to be stress-free.  You can sit back and enjoy watching your deck take shape whilst we do the hard work! Our team is always available to answer your questions and address any concerns you may have.

Simon & Phill

Simon and Phill have been friends for over 35 years and have worked together for about the past 5.  Both bring a wealth of experience from previous careers in completely different industries, but came together to collaborate in their real passion - carpentry and joinery.  Simon runs Watford Decking, whilst Phill runs our partner company Judges Joinery, who make incredible bespoke wardrobes and cabinets.  The two companies run alongside each other and Simon and Phill split their time equally between the two.  They also do lots of general carpentry work, which is why they have many long-standing clients who started off using them for a big project like a new deck or a fitted wardrobe, but then call them back time and again for all sorts of other carpentry and joinery work.
