How we work

We are a small local business and we pride ourselves on our honest, efficient and friendly service.   Your decking project is as important to us as it is to you, and we want you to sit back and watch your stunning garden addition take shape whilst we do the hard bit.   

Our process starts with a visit to your home, where we will discuss your requirements, assess the area to be decked and take measurements.  We then take all of this information away to prepare your estimate.  Perhaps you have already chosen your decking product.  Or if you need some inspiration, we can recommend some products to you, order some samples to help you make your choice, and send you an email with estimates for each of the different products we have recommended.  Our customers really love this approach as you can't beat having the product in your hand next to a price to make those style vs budget decisions that little bit simpler. 

Once you have chosen your product, we can get into the finer details with you.  Whether that is deciding on colours, designing steps, choosing trim or edging, or discussing lighting options, we aim to make the decision-making process as simple and enjoyable as possible for you.  There are loads of options out there, but we are here to offer our experience and expertise to help you make those all-important decisions.  And once you are happy with your choices, we will provide your free no-obligation quote.
